At Create That Studio, we’re dedicated to getting your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or special promotions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping (USA): Shipping is the actual cost, plus a $3.95 handling fee. Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery is within 3-7 business days.
• Additional Fees: A $3.00 heavy item fee applies to orders that include paper, idea books, or any items classified as heavy. This fee is applied per order, not per item.
• International Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility. Please email tonya@tonyanolan.com for more details.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have specific shipping timelines, as noted during the purchase process. Please check the product description for estimated shipping dates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at tonya@tonyanolan.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
